We loved the many predefined designs and the possibility to make a custom design for the tags. However, we settled for a predefined design for all our tags. The QR code makes it really easy to find all the information about the pets and the contact information. It was super easy to register our 3 pets. Oh, and the packaging was also beautiful and very informative without being overwhelming.
