Disappointed
I am honestly disappointed in this purchase. There were a few small scratches on the name tag before I removed it from the package. My puppy had the tag on for one hour while we went to his vet appt and those scratches got worse. I know dogs chew on tags but the other 2 I have purchased in the past have been chewed on and there aren't scratches. Plus it would be nice to know it comes with the silencer already before you purchase an additional one.

Hi Jennie, Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our dog tags. We use great materials and personally we inspect each dog tag before it leaves our HQ, but some times mistakes happens. Please keep in mind that our tags are not indestructible and they are not chew proof. If your pet is a tag chewer, it's recommended you move the tag to a harness or a collar reserved for special occasions. Our customers satisfaction is very important for us.
